DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

Quick Review: Looking back at your notes from this week’s teaching, was there anything that particularly caught your attention, challenged or confused you?

Digging Deeper:

1) In Luke 10:2 we are told that the harvest is plentiful, but we need to ask God for workers. Where are these workers going to come from and why does it seem that there are never enough?

2) Compare how Jesus sent out the 72 to how we send out our missionaries today. Which is the better way?

3) Have you encountered a Person of Peace? Discus how God used them to multiply the gospel effort.

4) Jesus in Luke 10:10 – He asks the trainees to announce that they are wiping the dust off their feet if the town does not receive them. Does this make you uncomfortable? Why?
